Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy:

QHMPL products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship starting from the shipping date of QHMPL. The actual warranty period of the product(s) depends on the product category.

Warranty Periods:

Generally each QHMPL product carries 1 yr warranty unless otherwise mentioned on the gift box of the product .

Product warranties remain valid provided the product was properly installed and used. Defects, malfunctions, or failures of the warranted product caused by damage resulting from acts of Nature (such as floods, fire, etc.), environmental and atmospheric disturbances, other external forces such as power line disturbances, host computer, mobile or any machine for that matter , malfunction, plugging the board in under power, or incorrect cabling, and damage caused by misuse, abuse , liquid spill over etc and unauthorized alteration or repair, are not warranted. A product will not be warranted in the following situations:


  • The product has been found to be defective after the warranty period has expired.

  • The product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair, whether by accident or other cause. Such conditions will be determined by QHMPL at its sole and unfettered discretion.

  • The product is an accessory not carrying the QHMPL brand name. In this case, warranties are limited to the warranty provided by the original manufacturer/ brand name owner of the accessory/ base machine . The warranty support for such products shall be limited to the support provided by the original manufacturer/ brand name owner of the accessory/ base machine and shall in no case be the liability of QHMPL and be limited to the period of support provided by principal owner of product / brand name . Examples of such products and accessories are verico data storage products etc .

  • The product has been updated, reworked, or improperly tested by the customer, or by a third party at the request of the customer.

  • The product is damaged beyond repair due to natural disasters, such as by lightning, flood, earthquake, etc.

  • Products with altered and/or damaged serial numbers/ warranty sticker are not entitled to our will not be serviced by QHMPL.

This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement, at QHMPL's sole discretion, of the defective product during its warranty period. Qhmpl may replace the product if found defective within first month of shipping date form QHMPL at its sole discretion and the customer will have to provide the information as below mentioned for felicitating the same

In addition to your contact information, you will need the following information in order to complete the form:

  • Model number

  • Serial Number

  • Date of Purchase (a copy of the original purchase receipt must be included with the returned Product)

  • Detailed description of the defect or malfunction (this helps ensure our technicians can replicate the symptom)


The customer agrees to insure the product or assume the risk of loss or damage during transit, to prepay shipping charges, and to use the original shipping container or equivalent. Customers may either seek assistance from the original dealer, or from the closest QHMPL Service Office. Repaired or replaced products will be warranted for the same number of days as from original purchase date ,from the date of repair or replacement.

For large order projects, customers may purchase a post-warranty repair service. Such products may have a shorter chipset life cycle, or some parts may have a limited warranty from the original supplier of the parts. Please contact QHMPL's sales department if you would like to have this service.

Limitation of Liability:

The provisions of the warranty are in lieu of any other warranty, whether expressed or implied, written or oral. QHMPL's liability arising out of the manufacture, sale, or supplying of the product and its use, whether based on warranty, contract, negligence, product liability, or otherwise, shall not exceed the original cost of the product. In no event shall QHMPL be liable for unintended or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, a loss of profits or use damages arising out of the manufacture, sale, or supplying of the product.


Exclusive Remedies:

QHMPL warranty, as stated is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed, implied, or statutory, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The buyer shall pass on to any purchaser, lessee, or other user of QHMPL products, the aforementioned warranty, and shall indemnify and hold harmless QHMPL from any claims or liability of such purchaser, lessee, or user based upon allegations that the buyer, its agents, or employees have made additional warranties or representations as to product preference or use.

The remedies provided herein are the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedies. QHMPL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
